Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Locivia account and its content at any time. Here is exactly what happens.
How to request it
- Open the contact form.
- Choose the “Account deletion” topic.
- Send it from the email address on your account so we can verify it’s you.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login details
- Saved links, suggested and approved places
- Trips, Libraries, and notes
- Your waitlist signup, if you had one
What we keep
Minimal records we are legally required to keep, and support messages needed to show a request was handled. Backups roll off on their normal schedule, within 30 days.
Timing
Deletion completes within 30 days
We confirm your request by email, delete your account content promptly, and let you know when it’s done. Deletion is permanent — we can’t restore a deleted account.
